The Motorola RMV2080 two way radio offers a range up to 220,000 sq.ft. or 10 floors indoor, 2 watt/8 channel technology, 27 VHF business-exclusive frequencies with 122 codes and meets Military 810 C, D, E, F, G and IP54/55 specifications. The RMV2080 has also added NOAA weather alerts to it's features list which makes this radio a real asset in the construction and property management fields. The RMV 2080 was also designed for and excels in the education, hospitality, manufacturing, and retail environments. 

The RMV2080 two-way radio operates on VHF frequencies and comes featuring channel announcement with voice alias, channel scan, hands-free VOX mode, and is able to be cloned meaning that the settings of one radio can be copied to another (this feature requires an optional multi-unit charger). 

The battery life of the RM series business radios is exceptional providing up to 15 hours with the battery save on and up to 12 hours when battery save is off. 

Motorola's RM series is compatible with the Motorola RDX, XTN, and CLS series radios and Spirit professional two way radios.
