By purchasing from my store, the buyer agrees that:

Returns without original packaging and contents will NOT be accepted. Unless defective, all returns must be returned in brand new, factory sealed, condition. If defective, items must have all paperwork, packaging, and components with the return. If these standards are not met then the return will be denied and shipped back to you at your expense.

Buyer pays return shipping on all returns excluding defective item returns.

All sales are final. Once the item is shipped there is no way to cancel the order.

All items come with a manufacturer's warranty. All items are 100% brand new, never used, unless otherwise noted in the listing. If an item is defective or components/features are not working properly, the buyer is to contact the product manufacturer (example; Uniden Customer Support, Midland Customer Support, etc.) for troubleshooting and warranty assistance. Only then should the buyer notify the seller of any issues. After 30 days from placing your order, the seller has no further responsibility or obligation to assist, refund, or replace any items from your order so please be vigilant in addressing any issues within this time frame. This not only is required by policy but respectful towards a seller to allow any adjustments or replacements to be made in an appropriate amount of time. After 30 days all issues will be directed to the respective manufacturer.

If an item is received damaged, seller must be notified within 2 business days of this damage. Please keep all packaging and components as an investigation will be opened with the shipping service and they will request these items. 

Returns require an RMA number issued by Two-Way City, LLC. Items CANNOT be returned without the seller issuing you an RMA number and it being marked on the outside of the package and on the inside.

Any items returned must be the exact item that was shipped to you. If they are not, no refund will be issued and the package will be shipped back to you at your expense. 

Returns for reason of buyer remorse/change of mind will be accepted as long as the item(s) are returned in unopened condition as they were sold with factory seal still fully intact. Shipping paid is non-refundable for U.S. and International customers. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges on returns other than defective.



Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). You, the buyer, are responsible for return shipping costs due to buyer remorse. There will be a 15% restock fee for all returns that are non-defective. 

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Defective Product

In case of a defective product, an RMA number needs to be issued to you prior to the item being shipped back to us. If that number is not issued, the returns process will be greatly delayed. After 30 days from date of purchase, the buyer is to direct all questions and defective products to the respective manufacturer. You may contact us for a copy of your invoice to provide for warranty claims. Two-Way City, LLC has no further requirement to replace or accept returns after 30 days of purchase unless decided upon and expressly written to the buyer. 


We offer FREE economy shipping in the United States (excluding HI, AK, US Protectorates, APO/FPO, PO Box) If you have a shipping address in one of our excluded areas please contact us for a shipping quote. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

All items are shipped within 24 hours unless otherwise noted. This excludes weekends and holidays where your order will be shipped first available business day.

All orders over $100 will require signature upon delivery. This is to help with the prevention of lost or stolen packages. Please make arrangements when the order is placed and you receive your tracking information to have someone available to sign and receive. Orders that are returned due to failed delivery attempts may incur a restock fee of 20% and paid shipping charges to not be refunded. 

We offer 3 methods of shipping: Economy 2-8 Business Days (FREE), Standard 3-5 Business Days ($9.99 each additional $5.99), Expedited 1-3 Business Days ($24.95 each additional $9.99). Two-Way City reserves the right to choose the best shipping service based on cost and warehouse location in relation to you. Please choose your service accordingly based on how fast you would like your order! Economy, in most cases, arrives in a reasonable amount of time BUT remember it is a 2-8 Business Day Service.

PLEASE take the estimation of delivery time given by the shipping service exactly as that, AN ESTIMATION. If you choose Ecomony and the shipping time estimates a two day delivery please know that is an unlikely arrival time given the service that you chose. Many factors go into the delivery that I cannot control once the shipper picks up your order.




In the event that you initiate a chargeback wrongfully or fraudulently, the following procedure will be followed:

1. You will be notified in writing by certified mail that you have an unpaid debt and that it must be satisfied within 30 days. The debt will consist of the cost of your order, any shipping paid, along with the chargeback fee that was charged to us when the claim was initiated.

2. If the debt remains unpaid on day 31, the unpaid balance will be transferred to our third-party collection agency who will begin collection efforts against you to satisfy the debt.

3. If collection attempts are unsuccessful, the unpaid debt will be reported to all three major credit bureaus which may cause a negative impact on your credit rating for up to 7 years.

Two-Way City, LLC stresses upon the buyer that we will make every effort to fix any issues that you may have with your order as long as you are reasonable and our terms of sale and policies are being followed. The last thing we would like to see happen is a wrongful chargeback initiated and collections getting involved. Honesty is something that we strive for and we expect the same from our customers.


Information that is gathered from visitors

In common with other websites, log files are stored on the web server saving details such as the visitor's IP address, browser type, referring page and time of visit.

Cookies may be used to remember visitor preferences when interacting with the website.

Where registration is required, the visitor's email and a username will be stored on the server. 

How the Information is used

The information is used to enhance the vistor's experience when using the website to display personalised content and possibly advertising.

E-mail addresses will not be sold, rented or leased to 3rd parties.
