The EasyAssist wireless call button EA200 provides an ideal way to communicate and improve customer service. Customers and staff simply push a button when they need assistance. The user hears a voice message letting them know assistance is on the way and personnel, that are equipped with two-way radios, are immediately notified with a customizable voice message letting them know where to go.
